Welcome to Magical Wraps
These Terms of Service govern your use of magicalwraps.com and the purchase of any personalised storybook. Please read them carefully. Questions? Email contact@magicalwraps.com.
1Our Products
Every Magical Wraps book is produced individually to your specifications. You will see a full digital preview — including your child's name and photo in the illustrations — before completing payment. By paying, you confirm the personalised content is correct. Minor colour variation between the digital preview and printed book is normal and not a defect.
2Ordering & Payment
All personalisation details (name spelling, photo, delivery address) are your responsibility. Errors you make at checkout do not qualify for reprints or refunds.
Prices are shown at checkout before payment, inclusive of any applicable shipping. We accept bKash, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Production begins within 24 hours.
3Production & Delivery
Production takes 1–2 working days. Delivery to Bangladesh takes 3–7 working days from dispatch; international orders take 14–28 working days. These are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses. Risk passes to you on handover to the carrier.
4Intellectual Property
All stories, illustrations, and branding are owned by or licensed to Magical Wraps. You purchase a physical book for personal, non-commercial use only — reproduction, resale, or commercial use is not permitted. You retain rights to your child's photo; by uploading it you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for producing your book. This licence ends when production is complete.
5Refunds & Returns
Because every book is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Our quality guarantee covers:
Books damaged in transit.
Production or binding defects.
Personalisation errors made by us (not caused by incorrect details you provided).
To raise a claim, email contact@magicalwraps.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Valid claims are resolved within 5 working days.
Not covered: customer-provided errors, minor colour variation, or post-delivery damage.
6Your Responsibilities
By placing an order you confirm:
You are the parent or legal guardian of the child featured (or have their guardian's permission).
The photo you upload is used legitimately.
All details provided are accurate.
You will use the book for personal purposes only.
7Liability & Governing Law
Our total liability for any order is capped at the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected.
8Changes & Contact
