Because each Magical Wraps book is uniquely produced for your child, our policy is tailored to the nature of personalised products. Please read below carefully — and know that we always stand behind the quality of every book we make.

Our Quality Guarantee
Every Magical Wraps personalised storybook comes with our unconditional quality guarantee. If your book arrives with any of the following issues, we will reprint and reship your book free of charge, or issue a full refund if you prefer:
- The book was damaged in transit.
- There is a printing or binding defect that affects the book's quality or readability.
- A personalisation error was made on our part (wrong name used, wrong photo applied).
We resolve all quality claims within 5 working days of receiving your report.
How to Raise a Quality Claim
Email contact@magicalwraps.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Attach photos of the defect, damage, or error — photos significantly speed up resolution.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.
If your claim is valid, we will process a reprint or refund within 3–5 working days.
What We Cannot Refund
Because every book is produced uniquely to order, the following are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Change of mind after production has commenced.
- Personalisation errors caused by incorrect information entered at checkout by the customer (e.g. misspelled name, incorrect photo uploaded).
- Minor colour variations between the digital preview and the printed book — these are a normal characteristic of digital-to-print production and do not constitute a defect.
- Dissatisfaction with the story content where the book matches the description on the product page.
💡 If you are unsure about any details, we strongly recommend using the preview feature to review your personalised book in full before completing your purchase.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used:
- bKash or Nagad — refunded directly to the mobile account used.
- Credit or debit card — refunded to the card, typically appearing within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
