Shipping Policy
Every Magical Wraps personalised storybook is produced to order. That means your book is printed, quality-checked, and dispatched specifically for you, not taken from a generic warehouse shelf. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order.
Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team begins production within 24 hours. Your personalised book is printed, bound, and quality-inspected before dispatch. Production takes 1–2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is in production and a second notification when it has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
The following delivery estimates apply once your order has been dispatched:
- Within Bangladesh — 7 working days
- International destinations — 14–28 working days
These estimates reflect normal courier conditions. During peak periods, particularly local & international festivals and December, allow an additional 2–3 working days. We strongly recommend ordering at least 10 days before a special occasion.

Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee based on destination. Free shipping is applied automatically on all orders over $99 USD (or the BDT equivalent).
- Bangladesh (standard) — BDT 80 & 120 flat rate · Free on orders over BDT 12,199
- International — $25 flat rate · Free on orders over $99 USD
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.
For Bangladesh deliveries, tracking updates are typically available within 12–24 hours of dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy for personalised books?
Because every book is produced uniquely for your child, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we have a comprehensive quality guarantee: if your book arrives damaged, with a production defect, or with a personalisation error on our part, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost.
To raise a quality issue, email contact@magicalwraps.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We resolve all valid quality claims within 5 working days.
What qualifies for a refund or replacement?
The following qualify for a free reprint or full refund:
- Book arrived damaged in transit
- Printing or binding defect that affects readability
- Wrong name, photo, or personalisation details used (due to our error)
- Book not delivered within the maximum estimated timeframe
The following do not qualify for returns:
- Change of mind after production has started
- Personalisation errors caused by incorrect information entered at checkout
- Minor colour variations between screen preview and printed book (normal for digital-to-print processes)
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once a refund is approved, we process it within 3–5 working days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method — bKash, Nagad, or card, depending on how you paid.
For reprint requests, production and re-delivery takes the same timeframe as a standard new order.
